Get Connected

Where do I start to get connected?

Each person comes to the community with unique experiences and personal strengths that can contribute to the lives of others. Through Connections we seek to build relationships and help connect others to available resources that will facilitate their search for meaning and purpose.

Would I really make a difference?

The name “Mosaic” is symbolic of the truth that individually we are broken pieces, but together we can be transformed into a work of beauty by the ultimate artist, Jesus Christ. Regardless of where you are in your spiritual journey, we welcome your passions and your willingness to share your life with others through Connections.

I’m ready! Who can I talk to?

A list of our connection opportunities and leaders are below. You can contact people directly or come to the Next Step table immediately following our gathering to learn more.

Connection Team
Contact: Janine Goldsmith

The Connection Team’s goal is to help people get connected to the community at Mosaic. We want everyone to feel and be connected from the first time they join us at the gathering to meeting new guests at the Hot Spot after the gathering.

Live Production
Contact: Nick Conrad

Live Production is comprised of the producer and a team of directors and stage managers, whose responsibility is to work with the Artisans, Setup and Connection teams to create a dynamic environment for authentic worship and effective communication while developing genuine community with each other.

Music
Contact: Buddy Bernor

The music team sets the mood and creates a space for people to connect to something larger than themselves. Our goal is to play music that reaches past the stresses of life and gives people something to think about. If you are interested in expressing your gifts through music this is the place to do it.

Kids
Contact: Kristin Romo

The family and kids team oversees all family programs and focuses on kids between kindergarten and six years of age.

Youth
Contact: Christa McKirland

Our youth team at Mosaic focuses on spending time with youth in the 6th-12th grades. They have engaging studies on Sunday mornings and monthly events outside of regular gatherings. Their emphasis is equipping students to think for themselves through using the Scriptures.

Women
Contact: Christa McKirland

SHE is a community of women committed to loving God with their hearts, souls and minds. The result of this is the extension of an active love toward humanity throughout the world.
They are prayerfully dedicated to using all of their God-given talents to reach women to connect them to God, through the teaching of His words, and interaction with those who’s lives have been transformed by the work of Christ Jesus.
