This hands-on experience invites interns to see Mosaic through a leadership lens while working closely with our team. Interns will play a key role in some of our biggest moments—like Easter—and explore Los Angeles in a whole new way.

About the Internship: Creative Leadership
The Creative Leadership Track is designed for leaders who want to build what’s next—ideas, teams, and culture—with depth and purpose. You’ll grow in both creativity and leadership through hands-on learning, coaching, and practical tools you can use right away.
Grow as a Creative Leader:
Generate fresh ideas and develop a creative process that lasts
Learn how to foster a healthy, creative culture
Explore a theology of creativity
Build personal leadership habits
Understand biblical leadership principles and how to apply them daily
Become a more effective communicator
Discover your communication frequency using the Seven Frequencies of Communication
Develop energy management practices for sustainable leadership
Learn how to navigate conflict with wisdom, maturity, and grace
The Internship Also Includes:
8 weeks of leadership training with the Mosaic Team
YELO Experience: A full day of personal and leadership development, including assessments like Seven Frequencies of Communication, StrengthsFinder, Myers-Briggs, and the Leadership Matrix
Weekly courses exploring Mosaic culture and values
Learning moments with the Mosaic Pastoral and Leadership Team
Los Angeles Exploration Day

After you apply, there will be an interview process. Upon completing these steps, we will contact you within one week.

Interns are required to be available:
Thursdays: 9:30am-7pm
Sundays: All Day
*Additional days and times may be required for event (Easter etc) preparation throughout the internship.

Yes, however all interns are required to be available for the 2 days and times listed above.

Yes. We advise all interested international parties to research their country’s legal restrictions on visas, traveling, and working abroad. Please have all necessary government forms and allowances confirmed before claiming and paying for a spot in the internship program,.
