Erwin serves as the principle visionary and primary communicator of Mosaic in Los Angeles.

As the creative force behind McManus Studios, Erwin inspires each person to live their most heroic life through the power of story, beauty, and design. McManus Studios focuses on film, fashion, music, and the arts with the intent of advancing the good, the beautiful, and the true.

He is the author of several books including Soul Cravings and Wide Awake.

Erwin is a native of El Salvador and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and Southwestern Theological Seminary. He holds a Doctorate of Humane Letters from Southeastern University.

Hank serves with Erwin at MOSAIC as his co-pilot.
Hank speak, leads the charge with Erwin on new initiatives and experimental ways to create healthy spiritual community. He’s obsessed with science, and has an insatiable desire to learn from the best in the world.

Home-schooled, Hank’s parents believed that public education was essentially brainwashing and crowd control. And, that brainwashing should be done in the privacy of one’s own home.

Hank attended community college at age 14 and graduated from Cedarville University with a B.A. in 2003. Later, Hank received a Masters of Theology from Golden Gate Theological Seminary in 2007.

As a fashion photographer, Hank has worked with some of the most incredible talent in the world, from LA to New York to Miami.

Hank and his dad founded a non-profit for adoption called AdoptTogether.org, a non-profit crowdfunding platform that helps families fund adoption.

Hank and his wife Sueann live with their daughter Cora in Hollywood.
